Heavy Highway Project Manager / Superintendent

• Develop and implement safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety and quality assurance practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain and update safety documentation and reports as required.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all construction activities align with established quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between management, employees, and regulatory agencies regarding safety concerns.
