Their portfolio includes Class A office build-outs, trading floors, executive suites, amenity spaces, and headquarters projects for some of the most recognizable brands in the market.

Job Description

As a High-End Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager, you will:

      • Assist Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project administration.
      • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams.
      • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
      • Track project schedules and help ensure milestone completion.
      • Participate in OAC meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
      • Support project financial tracking and cost reporting.
      • Conduct site walks and assist with quality control initiatives.
      • Help oversee project closeout and turnover documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful High-End Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager:

      • 2-5 years of construction experience with a GC or CM.
      • Experience on commercial interior fit-out projects preferred.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction documentation.
      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
