High-End Residential Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate progress and address project challenges with stakeholders promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
• Supervise and guide construction teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any issues.
