High End Residential- Project Manager- Rhode Island

• Oversee all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols on all job sites.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
