Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution and completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful NoVA PM/SPM should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the healthcare sector in the DC Metro market.
  • Occupied healthcare experience is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
