With a highly collaborative culture and strong executive support for HR, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while helping guide the next phase of organizational development.Job DescriptionPartner with senior business leaders to align people strategy with commercial growth objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic coach to leadership teams on organizational design, change management, talent, and workforce planning.Lead employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and complex people-related issues.Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives and support culture transformation efforts.Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, leadership capability, and retention.Support succession planning and talent reviews to build strong leadership pipelines.Implement global HR programs and initiatives while adapting them appropriately for local business needs.Lead organizational change efforts as the business continues to evolve and grow.Oversee and support regional HR operations through partnership with an onsite HR professional.Collaborate closely with global Centers of Excellence including compensation, benefits, talent development, and HR systems.Participate in quarterly business meetings and serve as a key member of regional leadership discussions.Take ownership of a strategic global HR initiative based on individual expertise and business need, such as leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, learning, or talent management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
