Day to day, you'll serve as the primary HR partner for a 500-employee manufacturing facility, working closely with leaders across operations, engineering, supply chain, and production. A large portion of the role is focused on employee relations, coaching managers through performance and behavioral issues, conducting investigations, and helping leaders navigate difficult conversations. You'll also play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational initiatives while supporting a site that is actively working through change and transformation.
