For an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, influencing change, and making a measurable impact within a manufacturing environment, this is an opportunity to join an established team and play a key role in shaping the future of the site.This position is five days a week on-site in Fairfield County, CT.Job DescriptionPartner with managers and site leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, helping leaders navigate organizational challenges and drive business objectives.Support employee engagement efforts and develop initiatives that enhance retention, performance, and overall employee experience.Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs, succession planning opportunities, and employee development strategies.Lead and support investigations, conflict resolution, and complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure consistent execution of people strategies and HR best practices across the site.
