The company offers a collaborative and highly visible HR environment where team members are empowered to build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and make a meaningful impact across the business.Job DescriptionServe as the primary HR point of contact for supervisors and managers across the U.S. and Canada.Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance concerns, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, investigations, and workplace issues.Partner with managers to proactively identify solutions and recommend appropriate courses of action on employee-related matters.Lead onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation, employee transitions, and exit interviews.Facilitate recurring new hire orientation and manager training programs.Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence while building strong partnerships across the organization.Support HR projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operational activities as part of a collaborative HR team.Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices.Assist with employee engagement efforts and organizational initiatives as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
