Day to day areas of focus include partnering closely with plant leadership to address workforce challenges, walking the floor daily to build relationships with frontline employees and supervisors, and coach and support managers on things like performance management. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organization where leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and HR has a real seat at the table to help shape the next chapter of the company's success.Qualified candidates will have 5-10+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, proven experience supporting a large hourly workforce, and hands-on, plant-based experience.
