Job Description

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment periods.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
