Employees benefit from exposure to a truly global business environment with leadership visibility and opportunities for growth.Job DescriptionServe as the primary HR Manager for corporate and retail teams across the U.S. and Canada.Support multi-site retail operations through leadership coaching, store visits, and workforce planning initiatives.Partner with international HQ stakeholders to align global people strategies with local business needs.Manage complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and compliance initiatives.Advise leaders on performance management, organizational changes, restructuring, and corrective actions.Drive talent strategy initiatives, including succession planning, internal mobility, and leadership development.Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and elevate the candidate experience.Lead annual performance review, calibration, and merit planning processes.Monitor HR metrics including turnover, engagement, retention, and productivity to recommend action plans.Support onboarding, talent development, training initiatives, and organizational change managementEnsure compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
