Due to a planned retirement within the wider team, the business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support talent acquisition and key HR operations across a multi-functional organization.Job DescriptionReporting to the HR leadership team, the Human Resources Specialist will play a critical role in driving recruitment activity while supporting a broad range of HR functions. This position offers the opportunity to partner with hiring managers across manufacturing, technical, professional, and corporate departments, helping to attract and retain talent at all levels of the organization.Key responsibilities include:Manage full-cycle recruitment across production, maintenance, technical, R&D, engineering, customer service, finance, IT, sales, and other business functions.Source, screen, and assess candidates for positions ranging from entry-level manufacturing employees through highly specialized technical professionals.Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offer preparation, and on-boarding activities.Partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Support benefits administration and HR compliance activities.Assist with employee records management and HR processes.Provide support with areas such as FMLA, Workers' Compensation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.Act as a trusted resource for HR policies, procedures, and employee-related inquiries.Approximately 70% of the role will focus on recruitment, with the remaining responsibilities centered on HR administration, benefits, and compliance support.The Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration, the successful candidate will possess the following:5+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across a variety of job functions and levels.Exposure to employee benefits administration and HR compliance activities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships throughout an organization.Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.A professional, confidential, and service-oriented approach.What's on OfferSalary range of $80,000 - $90,000.No annual bonus.
