Job Description

  • Serve as a trusted strategic HR advisor to VP, GM, and other senior business leaders across a complex, global organization.
  • Partner directly with business leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, hiring, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Help leaders translate business challenges into actionable people strategies and solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop practical strategies to attract, develop, retain, and deploy talent.
  • Support leadership development and talent management initiatives across the organization.
  • Work across a highly distributed organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions.
  • Act as a catalyst for change and help elevate the overall strategic impact of HR within the business.
  • Operate as an individual contributor with significant influence and visibility rather than through direct people management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
  • Prior experience as a Plant HR Manager, HR Manager, or HRBP supporting a manufacturing/operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of core HR disciplines including talent management, organizational design, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Experience working across multiple sites, business units, or geographies.
  • Exposure to M&A, organizational transformation, or significant organizational change.
