Job Description

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and support leaders in driving employee development.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with legal recruitment team to address staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and best practices in HR management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to associates and leaders on HR-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have:

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience within the professional services industry (required).
  • Bachelors degree (required).
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
