Due to continued growth and an active construction pipeline, the company is urgently seeking a Project Manager to lead a major industrial warehouse development in Livingston, NJ.Job DescriptionProject Management: Manage all aspects of industrial warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Schedule Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.Team Leadership: Oversee construction superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.Safety Compliance: Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.Documentation: Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other critical project documentation.Quality Control: Monitor project safety, quality, and operational performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
