The company has extensive experience delivering large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential developments and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its construction team.The organization offers a collaborative environment where Project Managers have significant ownership over their projects and work closely with senior leadership, construction teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Job DescriptionThe Industrial Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing industrial and warehouse construction projects from preconstruction through completionPreparing, maintaining, and tracking project budgetsDeveloping and managing project schedules and key milestonesCoordinating construction superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultantsManaging the permitting and approvals processReviewing subcontractor bids and assisting with bid levelingPreparing detailed scopes of work for individual tradesReviewing contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentationReviewing percentages of work completed and supporting AIA payment application approvalsCoordinating closely with architects and engineers throughout design and constructionManaging structural steel, concrete, masonry, foundations, and other major construction scopesMaintaining communication with tenants, clients, and other project stakeholdersIdentifying potential project challenges and proactively developing solutionsCommunicating schedule, budget, and overall project status to senior leadershipEnsuring projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety expectationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
