The company maintains a strong pipeline of work and continues to invest heavily in its people, technology, and operational excellence.This is the type of organization where high performers build long-term careers, not just complete projects.Job DescriptionResponsibilities Include:Manage day-to-day field operations for industrial construction projects.Lead subcontractors, self-perform crews, vendors, and project teams on-site.Develop and maintain project schedules while driving production and milestone completion.Coordinate all site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Enforce safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture across all phases of construction.Conduct daily coordination meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.Monitor quality control efforts and ensure work is installed according to project specifications.Identify and resolve field challenges, constructability issues, and logistical constraints.Partner closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and client representatives.Manage manpower planning, material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment utilization.Support project planning efforts during preconstruction and project startup.Maintain project documentation, field reports, inspections, and punch list activities.Drive successful project turnover and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
