Known for its collaborative culture, strong employee retention, and commitment to work-life balance, the company has built its reputation on quality, relationships, and exceptional client service.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously through all phases of delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Lead projects from conception through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.Facilitate Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide regular project updates.Review, negotiate, and approve change orders throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate closely with Assistant Project Managers, Project Accountants, field teams, and subcontractors.Monitor project financial performance, schedules, procurement, and risk management activities.Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately within Procore and company systems.Work collaboratively with internal estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning.Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering long-term client relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantRequirements to Apply3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.Experience managing office interiors, tenant improvements, or healthcare construction projects.Demonstrated success managing projects from preconstruction through completion.Ability to oversee multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.Experience leading client-facing communications and stakeholder meetings.Proven ability to manage projects ranging from approximately £100K to £5M in value.Experience reviewing and approving change orders.Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.Honest, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented approach to project management.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 annually.Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) match.Paid time off (PTO).Interested?
