If you're looking for a stable organization with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and a commitment to employee development, this is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact.Job DescriptionManage and oversee all punch list activities during the final stages of construction.Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and document incomplete or deficient work.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to complete punch list items efficiently and on time.Track punch list progress, maintain detailed reports, and communicate status updates to project stakeholders.Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants to ensure all project requirements are satisfied.Verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.Lead final walkthroughs with clients and design teams.Assist with project closeout documentation, warranties, as-builts, and turnover packages.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.Proactively identify and resolve issues to facilitate a smooth project closeout process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
