Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all punch list activities during the final stages of construction.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and document incomplete or deficient work.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to complete punch list items efficiently and on time.
  • Track punch list progress, maintain detailed reports, and communicate status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants to ensure all project requirements are satisfied.
  • Verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Lead final walkthroughs with clients and design teams.
  • Assist with project closeout documentation, warranties, as-builts, and turnover packages.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to facilitate a smooth project closeout process.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in a Superintendent or Punch List role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, finishes, and quality control standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
