Interior Superintendent - Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior construction activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
