Job Description

As a High-end Interior Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervise all on-site interior construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries
  • Maintain project schedule, quality standards, and site safety
  • Ensure high-end finishes meet design specifications
  • Interface with clients, architects, and designers
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout

  • Proven experience as an Interiors Superintendent in NYC
  • Background in high-end/luxury residential renovations
  • Strong understanding of sequencing and finishes coordination
  • Ability to manage tight spaces and complex logistics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required
