Interiors Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes

Field Operations & Project Execution

• Oversee on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion
• Coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality standards
• Manage sequencing of high-end finishes, including custom millwork, stone, metal, and specialty installations
• Ensure strict adherence to plans, specifications, and architectural intent

Quality Control

• Maintain the highest level of craftsmanship expected in ultra-luxury residential construction
• Perform frequent inspections of work in place to ensure exceptional quality and alignment with design details
• Identify and proactively resolve issues before they impact schedule or finish quality
• Coordinate mock-ups and approvals for specialty finishes

Scheduling & Coordination

• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules
• Anticipate long-lead items and coordinate procurement timing
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adjust sequencing and mitigate delays
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and consultants

Client & Design Team Interaction

• Work closely with homeowners, estate managers, architects, and interior designers
• Maintain professional communication with high-profile and high-net-worth clients
• Support walkthroughs, progress updates, and owner meetings
• Ensure discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in all client interactions

Site Management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site consistent with luxury standards
• Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
• Manage inspections, permits, and local jurisdiction requirements (Town of Palm Beach experience preferred)

Assistant Superintendent-Specific (if applicable)

• Support lead Superintendent in daily operations
• Coordinate specific scopes (interiors, sitework, or MEPs)
• Track punch list items and assist with closeout processes
