Job Description



Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to senior investment leadership, the Investment Associate will play a key role in evaluating new opportunities and supporting the ongoing management of existing investments throughout their lifecycle.

  • Perform detailed financial modeling, underwriting, and quantitative analysis for prospective acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Conduct market research, evaluate industry trends, and assist with investment due diligence activities.
  • Prepare investment committee materials and presentations summarizing key risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with brokers, lenders, operating partners, and third-party advisors throughout the investment process.
  • Support ongoing asset management initiatives, including financial performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Create and maintain portfolio and asset-level reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.
  • Assist with asset business plans and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance and investment returns

For the Investment Associate we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum of two years of experience within commercial real estate, real estate private equity, acquisitions, investment management, asset management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial setting.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
