Job Description

The Investments Associate will work closely with senior investment leadership and play a critical role in evaluating opportunities, monitoring asset performance, and driving value creation initiatives.

  • Perform acquisition underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis
  • Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, financing activities, and asset dispositions
  • Monitor property-level and portfolio-level performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans
  • Analyze operating results and identify opportunities to improve performance and asset value
  • Support annual budgeting, reforecasting, and investor reporting processes
  • Work directly with operators and internal stakeholders to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reporting materials for senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

For the Investments Associate we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, investments, private equity real estate, real estate development, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Experience analyzing property-level operating performance and financial statements
  • Understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and investment fundamentals
  • Experience within operationally driven real estate sectors is highly preferred, particularly senior living, hospitality, healthcare, student housing, manufactured housing, or other asset classes where operations drive investment performance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with operators, ownership groups, capital partners, and senior executives
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment, and a willingness to take ownership
