The Investor Relations Assistant will play a key role in supporting communication efforts with investors and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate information dissemination. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced business services environment. Ideally a candidate will bring strong experience in a global, asset management environment.
  • Work closely with the Head of Credit and the Head of Investor Relations
  • Hybrid work model - 4 days in office in Midtown

About Our Client

This global asset management firm has continued to expand their precense in the US. Their NYC office is based in Midtown, and has a hybrid work model. This role will work closely with the Investor Relations team (25+ people) and the Credit Team (18+ people).

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for investor meetings and related events.
  • Prepare and distribute investor communication materials, including presentations and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support the team in tracking and analyzing market trends and investor feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify information for investor updates.
  • Assist in organizing investor roadshows and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in investor communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the investor relations team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations Assistant should have:

  • 3-6 years of experience, ideally in an asset management environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in client facing roles, with strong executive precsense.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
