Job Description

  • Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of intellectual property and technology-related agreements.
  • Advise clients on licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Provide counsel on intellectual property rights, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal and business challenges.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for technology and IP assets.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and legal developments in IP and technology law.
  • Assist in resolving disputes involving intellectual property and technology-related issues.
