The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing residential construction projects from planning and budgeting through closeoutSupport preconstruction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor coordinationParticipate in meetings with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to address constructability, sequencing, and quality considerationsHelp track project schedules, costs, and material procurement to ensure projects stay on trackCoordinate and document project communications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersConduct site walks and assist with quality control inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specificationsMaintain organized project documentation and report progress, risks, and issues to senior project leadershipSupport client communication by helping ensure expectations are clearly understood and met throughout the project lifecycleUphold safety standards and assist with incident reporting and jobsite complianceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
