Job Description

  • Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and administration
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and school district stakeholders
  • Monitor project financials and maintain accurate cost forecasts
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Resolve challenges proactively to keep projects on track
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful K-12 Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong experience with K-12 or similar institutional projects
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities
  • Experience leading subcontractors and project teams
  • Proficiency with construction management software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
