Job Description

As Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Execute and oversee high-end finish carpentry and custom installations
  • Interpret drawings, shop drawings, and design intent with precision
  • Lead small teams of carpenters and coordinate daily site activities
  • Ensure all work meets luxury-level quality expectations and timelines
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Carpenter should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior carpentry
  • Strong background in custom millwork, cabinetry, and fine finishes
  • Proven experience leading crews or acting as a senior/lead carpenter
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship excellence
  • Must have own tools and reliable transportation
