Job Description

  • Own end-to-end system delivery from deployment through ongoing support and optimization.
  • Perform onsite installation, configuration, and commissioning of monitoring systems using LoRa, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Train client personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices to drive adoption.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and reduce repeat service visits.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure long-term reliability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and service activities.
  • Plan and manage field work independently, including scheduling, travel, and prioritization.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities for system expansion or improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in installation, field engineering, or technical service roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of networking (PCs, devices, and connectivity) and use of hand tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience working independently in field-based environments with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% to client sites.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (pharma, medical device, or FDA environments) is a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
