Project values will typically be valued between $30M - $100M+Coordinate daily construction activities within existing operating facilitiesReview project budget with project team membersImplement, maintain, and enforce a site-specific project safety program in accordance with all company policiesParticipate in monthly project status reports meetingsReview and provide constructive feedback on all purchase orders and subcontractor contractsPrepare for & participate in internal, owners and subcontractor meetingsCollaborate with project management team to develop and run foreman/subcontractor meetingsResponsible for all jobsite control reporting measures including daily reports, payroll, quality reporting, accident and incident reports, and timesheetsResponsible for ensuring the review of submittals, shop drawings, and requests for information (RFI's)Manage the closeout process with formulating and completing the job close out check lists, punch list process, gathering and issuing project close out documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
