Job Description

The Lead Superintendent - Commercial Infrastructure - Wash DC will be responsible for:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, including updates and adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Resolve any on-site challenges and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all project activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent - Commercial Infrastructure - Wash DC should have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent
  • Proven experience leading commercial interior or infrastructure projects under $10M
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and teams
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Project Managers on execution and planning
  • Willingness to travel as needed (per diem provided; local work also available)
