Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
• Support project closeout, including final inspections and documentation.
