Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to achieve high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications and blueprints.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

  • Multifamily Expertise: Proven track record managing ground-up residential builds, including concrete podiums and wood-frame structures.

  • Blueprint Proficiency: Advanced skill in interpreting architectural, MEP, structural, and detailed building envelope drawings.
