Michael Page is hiring for an internal L&D Specialist.

Job Description

  • Design and implement learning and development programs tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions through various methods, including in-person and virtual formats.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Support onboarding initiatives to help new hires integrate successfully.
  • Track and report on employee development progress and training outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Work on global projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L&D Specialist should have:

  • Prior experience at a recruitment agency.
  • Ability to go onsite 3-4 days a week.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of current trends and tools in learning and development.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability to work with different learning styles and technologies.
