This role is responsible for administering commercial leases, ensuring rent payments, reconciliations, taxes, and other lease-related obligations are accurately processed and comply with lease terms. The position also manages lease records, tracks critical dates and amendments, resolves landlord-tenant issues, and supports the ongoing administration of a retail real estate portfolio.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Track lease renewals, expirations, and amendments to ensure compliance with terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements in the company database.
  • Coordinate with landlords and tenants to address lease-related inquiries or issues.
  • Assist in negotiating lease terms and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Generate reports on lease status and other relevant metrics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support retail operations and property management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing Administrator should have:
