Job Description

Executive & Legal Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to partners and attorneys
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare expense reports, time entries, and billing support
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion



Document & Matter Management

  • Draft, edit, format, and proofread legal and business documents
  • Coordinate document production, signature processes, and filing requirements
  • Manage client correspondence and matter-related documentation
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems



Client & Business Support

  • Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and events
  • Support business development initiatives and client-facing activities
  • Assist with pitch materials, presentations, and departmental projects



Operations & Team Coordination

  • Monitor deadlines and assist with prioritization of competing requests
  • Facilitate workflow management across multiple attorneys and matters
  • Partner with administrative and legal support teams to ensure seamless execution of work

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Executive Assistant should have:

  • 5+ years of Legal Executive Assistant experience within a large law firm (Big Law experience required)
  • Experience supporting partners and senior attorneys
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong client service mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting corporate, litigation, transactions, or finance-related legal practices is preferred
