Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior legal professionals.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Handle expense reporting and processing for legal executives.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Executive Assistant should have:
