The firm offers a collaborative professional environment, a strong commitment to client service, and opportunities for long-term career development.Job DescriptionProvide administrative and legal support to two attorneys.Process attorney time entries, correspondence, and legal documentation.Transcribe dictated correspondence, time records, and legal documents.Prepare and distribute client correspondence through various delivery methods.Draft estate planning documents, including:Powers of AttorneyRevocations of Power of AttorneyAdvance DirectivesHIPAA AuthorizationsGuardian DesignationsMaintain and organize client files and documentation.Schedule meetings and manage attorney calendars.Prepare post-execution client binders and closing documentation.Witness and notarize client signatures and legal document executions.Support probate-related administrative processes and electronic filings.Assist with additional duties as delegated by legal leadership.Work overtime as required to meet client and business needs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
