This is an in office position.Job DescriptionPrepare, draft, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports with high attention to detail.Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court appearances, and client consultations.Coordinate and track case deadlines, filings, and other critical dates.File legal documents with courts and other governmental agencies as required.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and mail.Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files for real estate and litigation matters.Assist with billing processes, time entry, and expense reporting for attorneys.Provide general administrative support to attorneys and the wider team as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
