This role is based in Stamford and is in office Mon-Fri.Job DescriptionPrepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and court appearances.File legal documents electronically and maintain organized case files.Handle communication with clients, court personnel, and other external stakeholders professionally and promptly.Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal filings and other required documents.Assist with billing processes, including drafting invoices and tracking client accounts.Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, handling mail, and ordering office supplies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
