Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with project plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications in every phase of the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
Support a culture of safety and excellence on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Light Industrial Superintendent should have:

Proven experience in managing construction projects, especially in the light industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
