Their LA office has about 100 people. This role is 3 day a week onsite.Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and file state and federal court pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents in accordance with court rules and deadlines.Draft correspondence, legal documents, discovery materials, and other case-related filings for attorney review.Create and maintain Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities for briefs, motions, and other court submissions.Manage and update litigation calendars, tracking court deadlines, filing requirements, hearings, depositions, and key case milestones.Coordinate electronic filings through state and federal court systems and ensure timely submission of all required documents.Coordinate with attorneys to schedule meetings, court appearances, and depositions.Assist with document production and discovery processes.Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.Maintain and update case calendars, deadlines, and schedules.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and managing case materials.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
