Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned construction projects.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project business plans from pre‑construction through close‑out
  • Act as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with field supervision to implement job‑specific safety and quality plans
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and cost reporting
  • Administer subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with insurance, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Oversee permitting, inspections, and coordination with city and state agencies
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting using construction management software

The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
    • Strong understanding of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
    • Experience working closely with superintendents and field teams
    • Familiarity with modern construction management software (Procore or similar preferred)
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment
