Local Senior Project Manager

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to client requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges to maintain schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations across all projects.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement within projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
