With a strong pipeline of work in the area, they are looking for a strong, senior level project manager. This person must be local & have local experience.

Job Description

Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project alignment
Uphold exceptional quality standards consistent with luxury home builds
Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings regularly
Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and cost issues
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and high-touch service

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of project management experience in residential construction, with a strong focus on luxury/custom homes
Proven track record managing projects in the $2M-$20M+ range
Deep understanding of high-end finishes, craftsmanship, and custom detailing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
Excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
