Job Description

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track and optimize maintenance schedules and resources.
  • Oversee utilities management, ensuring compliance with OSHA and GMP standards.
  • Coordinate capital projects, focusing on automation, PLCs, and reliability engineering.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement of critical components.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a food & beverage manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, CMMS, and reliability engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with automation, PLCs, and capital project management.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and GMP regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and vendor management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
