With a strong commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development, the organization offers the opportunity to work on complex products in a collaborative environment where engineering expertise is valued and encouraged.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will:Support the introduction of new products and facilitate the transition from engineering development into full-scale manufacturing.Create, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process routings, and bills of materials.Analyze manufacturing operations and implement process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and cost performance.Provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support to production teams and resolve day-to-day technical issues.Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve manufacturability and assembly efficiency.Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.Develop, specify, or improve tooling, fixtures, and testing equipment to support manufacturing operations.Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve component manufacturability and sourcing effectiveness.Monitor production metrics and manufacturing data to identify trends and support performance improvements.Train production personnel on new processes, equipment, and standard operating procedures.
