Job Description

  • Improve manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency
  • Analyze production data and KPIs
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
  • Develop work instructions and process documentation
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Support automation and capital equipment projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer II should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field
  • 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
  • Experience improving manufacturing processes and workflows
  • Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience creating work instructions and process documentation
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles



Preferred

  • Experience with automation or capital equipment projects
  • CNC machining, metals, plastics, or assembly manufacturing experience
  • CAD software experience
  • Six Sigma certification or training
